Stedman Corporate Clothing sells to other businesses, we do not sell to the general public. Our website exists to inform anyone interested in corporate uniforms about who we are and how we can guide them through the process of selecting a corporate uniform. As such, we rarely have cause to use or store personal data other than that held on our employees. (They can see what we have on them at any time)
Protecting personal data
We do not store personal data unless it is required to maintain our business accounting and legal requirements or to fulfill an order made by a business customer. For our customers, that would only include the name and address of an individual for the purpose of delivering a uniform and clothing measurements to ensure repeat orders are delivered correctly.
We may process anonymised data through the website to analyse the effectiveness of the website and how people move around the site.
We do not sell any personal data to anyone for any purpose.
We use Prima Solutions for our order management system. Occasionally we need share personal data but strictly related to orders take on or orders placed to our suppliers. Their privacy statement is on their website, www.primasolutions.co.uk.

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the personal information provided to us against accidental, unlawful or unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use and other unlawful forms of processing.
